Sakariya Mines & Mineral, A sister concern of Sakariya Group, based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat – India. For the mineral exploration, vertical has acquired a majority stake of Grapeak Miners (TZ) Limited, a Tanzanian junior exploration company with a vision to pave the footmarks of the group on Tanzanian soil with a strong ground. The acquisition has been accomplished through a spirited agreement between the two companies on February, 2022.

 

Sakariya Group has been endeavoring in exploration and mining activity in African continent since 2013. Whereas, the Grapeak Miners with its 14 prospecting licenses (covering an area of 277.74 sq.km.) for gold and associated minerals in famous Lake Victoria Greenstone Belt and 6 prospecting licenses (covering an area of 63.73 sq. km.) for graphite in Mozambique belt, was incorporated on 21st of January, 2019. This striking acquisition of Grapeak Miners by Sakariya will escalate the involvement of highly efficient professionals in its mineral exploration activities around the worldfamous mining entities assets like Bulyanhulu (Barrick Gold Corp), Geita (AngloGoldAshanti), Buckreef (Tangold Corp), Nyanzaga (Orecorp), Nachingwea (Volt Resources), Lindi (Walkabout Resources). The gold prospecting licenses are scattered in and around Nzega, Kahama and Geita towns where as the graphite licenses are located in Tanga & Lindi.
