2025: Integrated all real estate ventures, previously associated with Shree Siddhi group, under Sakariya, strengthening our portfolio and strategic vision.

Diversified Growth: Expanded into mining in Tanzania and Malawi, and ventured into real estate and air products.

Transformation: Market changes led to the project’s discontinuation but sparked the creation of Sakariya Group.

Global Expansion: Acquired coal mines in Mozambique to ensure a sustainable and high-quality fuel source.

MoU Signed: Partnered with the Government of Rajasthan and initiated land acquisition for the project.

2011: When we were associated with the Shree Siddhi group, we planned a 1320 MW coal-based power project in Rajasthan.
